EE customers can now exchange their old gaming consoles and receive cashback, which can be used for buying new consoles. The new offer accepts select consoles from top brands such as Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo.
The cashback amount is based on the device’s condition. For instance, customers can receive £88 for a regular Nintendo Switch or £34 for a Microsoft Xbox One 1TB.
In addition, EE has introduced a range of PC gaming packages tailored to complement their 4G and 5G mobile broadband offerings. These packages, priced at £60 per month on a two year plan, include perks like Xbox Games Pass Ultimate, Gamers Data Pass, Video Data Pass, Roam Abroad, and Microsoft 365 add-ons.
As part of the gaming packages, customers can choose from a variety of PC gaming laptops, each with a distinct upfront cost.
The current lineup consists of the IdeaPad Gaming 3 Gen 7 for £10, Asus ROG Zephyrus for £300, Legion 5 for £425, and Samsung Book 3 Ultra for £1950. EE intends to expand the selection with more laptop brands in the future.
EE also plans to release an exclusive Nintendo Switch OLED bundle on 12th May. This package features the game ‘The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom,’ 24 months of Nintendo Switch Online access, EE Gamer’s Data Pass, and Video Pass, all for £20 per month and a one-time £10 upfront charge.
