London’s full fibre broadband provider, Community Fibre, now offers a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for new customers. If they’re not happy, they can cancel within two months without paying an exit fee.
This guarantee is in addition to the usual 14 day cooling-off period.
Graeme Oxby, the CEO of Community Fibre, expressed his confidence that customers would love their broadband and service reliability, along with the amazing price savings. He mentioned that this was the reason they were offering a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee to all new customers.
Similarly, TalkTalk offers 30 days Great connection guarantee which allows new customers to cancel within 30 days without additional charges. In contrast, Community Fibre offers extended guarantee for a period of 60 days.
Community Fibre provides various plans with different average speeds, such as 50Mbps, 75Mbps, 150Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps, and 920Mbps. The speeds are symmetrical and prices start from just £17.99 per month.
The company provides flexible contract options, with 12-month and 24-month terms available. Additionally, new customers can receive gift vouchers when they sign up online.
Community Fibre offers full fibre FTTP packages only in some areas of London. Its network covers over 800k premises in London. The provider is deploying fibre to connect more than 2 million premises by the end of 2024.
