Broadband bundle provider, Talk Talk has announced 12 Months FREE broadband offer for the new customers who sign up for its Essentials package. This is a special offer for just a week and will end 8th June, 2010.
Talk Talk broadband comes with 24Mbps download speed, free wireless router, unlimited number of calls to UK landlines, cheaper calls to mobiles both in UK and abroad and free customer support.
TalkTalk Essentials, which offers 40GB monthly download allowance and evening & weekend calls to UK landlines, will be FREE for first 12 months on a 18 month contract and will roll back to £6.99 per month, after that. This means, you pay just £41.94 for your broadband during the contract.
TalkTalk Pro which offers unlimited downloads each month, free wireless N router and unlimited anytime calls to UK landlines, will cost £11.49 per month.
The new, limited time offer, however, includes £29.99 connection fee and the usual line rental charges of £11.49 per month.The amount equal to the monthly fee (£6.99) will be credited on the customers’ bills from the 1st or second month, for the first year.
Talk Talk is the second largest UK fixed broadband provider after BT, with nearly 4.2 million customers by the end of fourth quarter, 2009 (TalkTalk 4th quarter results).
The ISP’s extensive unbundled network (LLU) has over 80% UK coverage and the further expansion will take it to 90% by the end of this year.
TalkTalk has also revealed plans to launch its own mobile internet and TV service to offer quad-play packages to its customers while the ISP is already a member of the Project TV joint venture which was recently approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).
